11 — FAQ

Questions we get on the first call.

Anything not covered here, ask the agronomy desk directly.

How long does a soil test take?
Sampling is a single visit. Results and the written prescription come back within seven to ten working days, in time for a normal planting calendar.
What is the minimum order?
One 50 kg bag for an individual farmer. Cooperatives ordering as a group get store-level delivery and a lower per-tonne rate.
Do you deliver outside central Uganda?
Yes. Distribution runs through the key agricultural zones around our demonstration farms, with distributor partners covering the rest of the country.
Can you blend to our own specification?
For contract volumes, yes — custom blends against your agronomist’s specification, with certificates of analysis per batch.
Are your products EUDR compliant?
Our sourcing and documentation are built for it, including low-cadmium inputs for coffee and cocoa destined for the European market.
